To ensure we respect your privacy and comply with legal and ethical guidelines, we require that anyone being photographed or featured completes and returns our Image Consent Form before we can use or publish any images.

Why We Need This Form

Your image is a part of your personal identity, and we are committed to using it thoughtfully, respectfully, and with your clear consent. The Image Consent Form gives us permission to use your likeness in:

• Magazine features

• Social media posts

• Website content

• Promotional materials

This requirement applies to all images, whether they were taken by a professional photographer or provided by you personally.

In addition to protecting your rights, this consent is especially important when images are professionally taken. In many cases, photographers retain legal ownership of the images they capture—unless they have explicitly transferred full rights to you. That means we also need to ensure we have the photographer’s permission (or confirmation that full rights were transferred) before using any professional photos. This protects you, the photographer, and Hope + Wellth from any unintended legal issues.
